Refund policy
Whimsy Wildflower Boutique does not accept returns. We are working hard to create a refund system however as of this time, Whimsy Wildflower Boutique does not accept returns.
Damaged or Wrong Item: On rare occasions, you may receive a damaged or wrong item. In such a case, email customer service at whimsywildflowerboutique@gmail.com within 20 days of the order date and provide pictures of the damage or wrong item received. We will ship a replacement free of charge if notified within the 20-day required window.
Size Exchanges. If you would like to request a size change, email customer service within 20 days of the order date for a return shipping label. Once the returned item is received at our warehouse, the size exchange will be issued. Please email whimsywildflowerboutique@gmail.com to initiate the exchange and provide the order number and name of item being exchanged.
